Track coloring system is easy to understand) Just open options - tree and look at the "Track colors" group. The color of the track depends on its days counter (days counter start at the date of first event of the track). By default it is: green - if track is "older" than 16 days, yellow - track is older than 26 days, red - track is older than 41 days - time to think about dispute on paypal or case on eBay. And gray is the color for delivered items...
